The rooms are comfortable, with nice beds and clean bathrooms. The service provided by the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including sushi and cooked meals. The rooftop bar and swimming pool provide a fantastic view of the city.

Some guests mentioned that the rooftop pool may be a little too cold and lacking enough sun beds for all guests.

The venue is well priced, fairly clean and the location is ideal just next door to MRT and Hua Lamphong and eateries. Lots of options, outstanding food. The rooms with powerful air con and the bedroom plus good facilities.

Liked the place, had a great stay for a 4 star hotel. The stuff were perfect and courteous, were waiting for us in the modern lobby.

Arriving at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the lovely facilities and the variety of things to do. The rooms were comfortable and provided a much-needed respite from the hot Bangkok weather. As individuals with physical handicaps, we were particularly impressed by the hotel's accessibility and accommodations. The rooftop pool and bar were amazing, offering a delightful escape with stunning views. The breakfast spread was plentiful and delicious, ensuring a great start to our day.

While the streets of the hotel's location in China town were busy and had an occasional unpleasant smell, the hotel itself was exceptional. Its modern and tasteful design was inviting, and cleanliness was top-notch.

Cosy hotel with nice pool and good wi-fi. Property was clean and the service was good. Could use their free parking. Perfect location, 10 minutes' walk to an ornate temple.

Everything here was great, staff and amenities were very good. Had a quite comfortable stay in China Town area, and will be back.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Royal Bangkok At Chinatown! The location in the heart of China Town was perfect for exploring the vibrant markets and street vendors. We loved how the streets transformed into bustling food markets at night. Plus, all the main sights were within a 45-minute walk, allowing us to truly immerse ourselves in the city. The view from the rooftop bar and swimming pool was absolutely amazing. We also appreciated the generous gesture of being allowed to stay an hour longer in our room. Alternatively, the option to book a late check-out for a small fee was very convenient for our late flight. The cuisine was delicious and we enjoyed the nice view from the rooftop. The staff went above and beyond when I left my bag with valuable items in a taxi. They checked the front camera, contacted the taxi company, and helped me retrieve my bag. We were also able to spend the whole day at the pool after checking out and even took a shower before leaving. everything was great and the breakfast was really nice.

The whole place was exceptionally clean, I enjoyed it, and had excellent staff and location. The bedroom was spacious, and the bed was comfy. Found in a central area. The specialities were appetising and served in the clean restaurant.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The location in the heart of Chinatown was great, despite the busy streets. It was just steps away from amazing restaurants and the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always ready to assist with a smile. They even provided a free shuttle service that took us to the station and the doorman was always there to help. The room itself was very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and tea and coffee facilities. the service and the location of this place made my stay truly enjoyable.

This hotel would be a great choice for families as well.

The hotel was conveniently located close to all the sights we wanted to see - we could easily walk to everything we had planned. The cleanliness was excellent, and we loved using the hotel facilities, especially the rooftop pool with its amazing view. The staff were so helpful and approachable and made check-in and check-out easy. We also enjoyed the tasty breakfast with a good selection of fresh fruits and sushi.

The walls of the hotel were quite thin, difficult to get a good night's sleep as I could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. the rooftop pool area was quite small, with limited seating options.

I recently stayed in a hotel located in the bustling heart of Chinatown. The hotel is situated in a prime location, right in the centre of all the action. It was great to be within walking distance of many of the top tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the spacious bathroom with its big shower. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a rooftop pool with a stunning view of the city, where I could relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

Staying at Royal Bangkok@Chinatown was a unique experience! The central location in the heart of Chinatown was perfect for exploring the vibrant street markets and delicious restaurants. Despite the lack of windows in the room, it provided a cozy and quiet ambiance, nice for a good night's sleep. The complimentary tours offered by the helpful lady at the hotel were a great way to discover Bangkok's temples and markets. Being the last to be picked up and the first to be brought back was definitely a plus! I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable stay.

We were actually surprised by our recent stay at a hotel in the heart of Chinatown. The modern and comfortable room had a nice view from its rooftop location. The staff at the reception were helpful, making a late check-out possible for us. The cleanliness of the rooms and the availability of many electrical sockets were also appreciated. we found our short stay to be quite okay.

We loved staying in the heart of this lively and vibrant area, with so many shops, restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The railway station was just a short distance away, making it easy for us to take day trips to other parts of the region. The service here was excellent, with room service, dry cleaning, and grocery shopping available, as well as tours/ticket assistance. Happy hour was a great touch, and the room amenities were very thoughtful.
